As a pre-registered attendee or exhibitor, you have priority access to our dedicated room block on a first-come, first-served basis. We've reserved these accommodations exclusively for confirmed Freeze Dried Summit registered attendees and exhibitors through August 22, 2025.

To secure optimal rates and ensure availability, please note that all reservations require a two-night stay. Hotel Renegade does not guarantee specific room type availability but will try to accommodate room requests to the best of the hotel’s ability. Room upgrades may be requested for an additional charge. Our negotiated room block rate is honored 2 days Pre & Post event dates and is based on hotel availability (contact Hotel Renegade directly to get this rate for extended days).
