Cancellation Policy

Refund Schedule

- 60 days prior to event (before July 24, 2025): Full refund of registration fees.

- 30 days prior to event (July 24 - August 22, 2025): 50% refund of registration fees.

- 29 days prior to event (August 23 - September 21, 2025): No refunds will be issued.

Transfer Policy

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual at no additional cost up to 7 days before the event. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing to [[email protected]].

How to Request a Cancellation

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [[email protected]]. The date of the email receipt will be used to determine the applicable refund amount.

Additional Terms

- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

- No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.

- In the unlikely event that the Freeze-Dried Business Summit is cancelled by the organizers, registrants will receive a full refund.
