2026 Refund Schedule

Due to high demand for this event, you will have 30 days after purchase to receive a full refund. After 30 days from purchase, refunds will follow the schedule below, we appreciate your understanding.

- 50% Refund up to 60 days prior to the first day of the event.

- 25% Refund up to 30 days prior to the first day of the event.

- No Refunds within 29 days of the first day of the event.

2027 Presale Tickets & Refund Policy

If you're purchasing a presale ticket to the Freeze Dried Summit, event dates have not been finalized and are subject to change. Every presale ticket includes a $50 non-refundable reservation fee that holds your spot.

Presale refund window. Once final event dates are announced via email notification, you have 60 days from the announcement to request a refund of your ticket price, minus the $50 reservation fee, for any reason. This window also applies any time before the dates are announced.

After the presale refund window closes, the following schedule applies, based on the first day of the event:

- 60 or more days before the event: 50% refund

- 30 to 59 days before the event: 25% refund

- 29 days or fewer before the event: no refunds

Refund percentages are calculated on the ticket price paid. To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your name and order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Transfer Policy

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual at no additional cost up to 7 days before the event. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

How to Request a Cancellation

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. The date of the email receipt will be used to determine the applicable refund amount.

Terms & Conditions. All ticket purchases are subject to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to both, along with this refund policy.

Additional Terms

- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

- No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.

- In the unlikely event that the Freeze-Dried Business Summit is cancelled by the organizers, registrants will receive a full refund or be given the option to transfer the ticket value to the following year's event.
