Refund Schedule

- Due to high demand for this event, you will have 30 days after purchase to receive a full refund. After 30 days there will be no refunds, we appreciate your understanding.

Transfer Policy

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual at no additional cost up to 7 days before the event. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing to [[email protected]].

How to Request a Cancellation

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [[email protected]]. The date of the email receipt will be used to determine the applicable refund amount.

Additional Terms

- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

- No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.

- In the unlikely event that the Freeze-Dried Business Summit is cancelled by the organizers, registrants will receive a full refund or be given the option to transfer the ticket value to the following year's event.
